How we may use AI

  • Visual ideation or production where appropriate and clearly reviewed.

What remains human

Publication decisions, editorial judgment, sourcing standards, conclusions, corrections and responsibility for the final work remain human responsibilities.

We do not intentionally publish large volumes of automatically generated material simply to increase search traffic. If AI-generated or AI-altered media would materially affect how a reasonable reader understands a story, we aim to disclose that context.
